Abstract
Digital transformation has emerged as a critical factor influencing business growth, operational efficiency, and competitiveness in the modern commercial environment. The integration of advanced digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Cloud Computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT) has significantly transformed organizational processes and customer interactions. This study examines the impact of digital transformation on business operations, customer satisfaction, and overall commerce efficiency using both primary and secondary data sources. A descriptive and analytical research design was adopted, with data collected from 50 respondents through structured questionnaires. The findings reveal that digital transformation improves decision-making, productivity, operational speed, and customer engagement while enhancing organizational competitiveness. However, challenges such as high implementation costs, cybersecurity threats, skill gaps, and resistance to change continue to affect successful adoption. The study concludes that effective digital transformation is essential for achieving long-term business sustainability, innovation, and growth in the rapidly evolving digital economy.
