Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rapidly emerged as a transformative force in the modern digital economy, fundamentally redefining the landscape of commerce and management. Its integration into business operations has reshaped strategic decision-making, enhanced consumer experiences, and altered global market dynamics. Organizations increasingly rely on AI-driven technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to analyze vast volumes of data, forecast consumer behavior, streamline operations, and improve overall efficiency. These advancements are revolutionizing key sectors, including retail, finance, marketing, logistics, and customer service, enabling businesses to remain competitive in an increasingly digital environment. This study critically examines the role of AI-driven commerce in transforming traditional business models and fostering innovation. It explores how AI enhances customer engagement through personalization, supports data-driven decision-making, and enables organizations to respond effectively to rapidly changing market conditions. Furthermore, the research highlights the growing importance of AI in shaping competitive advantage at both national and global levels. Despite its significant benefits, the study also addresses key challenges associated with AI adoption, including ethical concerns, data privacy risks, high implementation costs, and potential workforce displacement. The findings suggest that organizations that strategically integrate AI technologies into their core operations achieve superior performance, increased customer satisfaction, and long-term sustainability. The paper concludes that AI-driven commerce will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global business, serving as a catalyst for innovation, efficiency, and economic growth in the digital era .
