About Us

International Journal of Emerging Research in Science, Engineering, and Management (IJERSEM) is a peer-reviewed open-access Journal with a true spirit of exchanging knowledge among the academic, research, and Industry community of Science, Engineering, and Management. The journal was established in July 2025.

Submissions are received throughout the year by email at editor@ijersem.com and published in one of the 12 monthly issues.

We welcome original research and review articles in English from Science, Engineering, Management, Language Studies, and Multidisciplinary fields.

The journal is an open-access journal, which means all its content is freely available without any charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. Aim & Scope of the Journal

The International Journal of Emerging Research in Science, Engineering, and Management aims to provide a platform for researchers, scholars, and professionals to share innovative research and advanced developments in science, engineering, management, language studies, and multidisciplinary domains. The journal publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed articles that contribute to knowledge enhancement and bridge the gap between academic research and industrial applications, fostering global collaboration and knowledge transfer.

The journal welcomes original research articles, review papers, case studies, and technical notes addressing emerging trends, critical challenges, and innovative practices. IJERSEM promotes open access to ensure that all published content remains freely accessible to the global research community.

  • Physics & Materials Science: Nanotechnology, material science, polymer science, and advanced composites.

  • Chemistry: Environmental chemistry, chemical kinetics, soil chemistry, food adulteration analysis.

  • Environmental Science: Climate change, sustainable development, green technologies, waste management, and environmental policy.

  • Pharmacy & Medicinal Chemistry: Natural products chemistry, drug discovery, pharmacognosy, and evaluation of medicinal plants.

Engineering:

  • Computer Science & Engineering: Artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, natural language processing, and big data analytics.

  • Electronics and Communication Engineering: Wireless communication, antennas, VLSI design, interconnect analysis, embedded systems, IoT, automation, signal processing, and secure satellite communication.

  • Civil Engineering: Sustainable construction materials, structural design, concrete technology, waste utilization, urban mobility design, and elevated temperature behavior.

Management:

  • Business and Management: Marketing, digital platforms, human resource management, organizational culture, consumer behavior, branding strategies, and entrepreneurship.

  • Finance and Economics: Stock market analysis, financial literacy, portfolio investment, microfinance, and economic policy.

  • Leadership and Strategy: Business ethics, team building, strategic change management, and women empowerment.

Language Studies:

  • Literary analysis, experiential learning, disability narratives, leadership themes in literature, and philosophical/environmental perspectives in fiction.

Multidisciplinary Areas:

The journal encourages submissions that explore the intersection of these disciplines, including but not limited to:
